Six phases, each with a gate

No phase starts until the previous one is signed off. It is what prevents the “we assumed” conversation three months in.

    We map current workflows, pain points, and reporting deadlines through stakeholder interviews and process mapping. Under-scoped discovery is the single biggest cause of ERP failure, so this phase gets the time it needs.

  2. Solution design

    Module selection, deployment architecture, integration points, and a decision on what stays standard versus what genuinely needs customization.

  3. Configuration & development

    Core modules configured for your business rules, tax structures, approval hierarchies, and warehouse operations. Custom development only where it earns its keep.

  4. Data migration

    Opening balances, master data, and transaction history cleaned and loaded. Dirty data contaminates a new system, so migration is reconciled before sign-off.

  5. Testing & training

    End-to-end process testing with your team, then role-based training so users adopt the system instead of reverting to old habits.

  6. Go-live & hypercare

    Cutover with close monitoring, daily check-ins in week one, and defect resolution against agreed SLAs for the first 30–90 days.
